By using WizCook, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Features

WizCook offers the following features:

  • AI-powered ingredient detection from photos
  • Personalized recipe generation
  • Recipe saving and sharing capabilities
  • Dietary preference settings

3. User Content

When using our app:

  • You retain ownership of your photos and recipes
  • You grant us permission to analyze your photos for ingredient detection
  • You are responsible for the content you share
  • We may remove inappropriate content

4. AI Services

Our AI-powered features:

  • May not identify all ingredients with 100% accuracy
  • Generate recipes based on available data
  • Should not be solely relied upon for dietary restrictions
  • Are continuously improving but may have limitations

5. Usage Limitations

To ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users, WizCook imposes the following limitations:

  • Photo Analysis: Limited to 10 photo analyses per hour and 20 photo analyses per day
  • Recipe Generation through Search: Currently no limitations on generating recipes through the search functionality

These limitations may be adjusted periodically based on system capacity and user demand. WizCook reserves the right to modify these limitations at any time, with or without prior notice. Attempts to circumvent these limitations may result in temporary or permanent restriction of service access.

6. Safety and Allergies

Important safety information:

  • Always verify ingredients if you have allergies
  • Follow proper food safety guidelines
  • Use your judgment when following recipes
  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions

7. Subscription and Payments

Our payment terms:

  • Some features may require a subscription
  • Payments are processed through app stores
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled by app stores

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Misuse the app
  • Engage in harmful behavior
  • Share inappropriate content
