Frequently Asked Questions
How do I scan ingredients?
To scan ingredients:
- Open the WizCook app
- Tap the camera icon at the bottom of the screen
- Point your camera at the ingredients
- The app will automatically detect and list the ingredients
Why can't the app detect my ingredients?
For best results:
- Ensure good lighting conditions
- Place ingredients on a contrasting background
- Make sure ingredients are visible and not overlapping
- Try taking the photo from different angles
How do I save a recipe?
After generating a recipe:
- Tap the bookmark icon in the top right corner of the recipe
- The recipe will be saved to your "Saved Recipes" collection
- You can access saved recipes from your profile page

Delete Your Account
To delete your WizCook account and all associated data, please use the button below:
Important: When requesting account deletion:
- Your account will be marked for deletion immediately
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- This action cannot be undone
- You must provide the email address associated with your account
