Frequently Asked Questions

How do I scan ingredients?

To scan ingredients:

  1. Open the WizCook app
  2. Tap the camera icon at the bottom of the screen
  3. Point your camera at the ingredients
  4. The app will automatically detect and list the ingredients

Why can't the app detect my ingredients?

For best results:

  • Ensure good lighting conditions
  • Place ingredients on a contrasting background
  • Make sure ingredients are visible and not overlapping
  • Try taking the photo from different angles

How do I save a recipe?

After generating a recipe:

  1. Tap the bookmark icon in the top right corner of the recipe
  2. The recipe will be saved to your "Saved Recipes" collection
  3. You can access saved recipes from your profile page

Delete Your Account

To delete your WizCook account and all associated data, please use the button below:

Important: When requesting account deletion:

  • Your account will be marked for deletion immediately
  • All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • This action cannot be undone
  • You must provide the email address associated with your account
